The Waverly-Shell Rock Schools will be asking the public to approve a bond referendum in April for the construction of a new 5th-8th grade facility to replace the flood-damaged Irving Elementary and the aging junior high building. Nice website. I hope others use this feature to understand the district's request.
Thanks for doing this. I think that it will be a great informational tool.
I've got a number of concerns that are leaning me toward voting no, but chief among them is how the elementary schools will be structured once the new building is in place. Will we return to a neighborhood school arrangement?
Ah, what a useful blog. Glad to see so many people are posting questions and that no one is replying. Fantastic.
